No Refund Policy

All purchases made on Greetifyme.com are final and non-refundable.

Because:

  • Each invitation is customized as per the customer’s details

  • Digital files cannot be “returned” once delivered

  • Designers begin working immediately after the order is placed

Therefore, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:

  • Wrong information submitted by the user

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Event cancellation or date change

  • Delays caused by incorrect customer details

  • Not liking the requested custom design after instructions were followed

We encourage customers to double-check all names, dates, spellings, and event information before confirming the order.


No Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, because our team starts working on your digital invitation immediately.
This applies to both:

  • Template-based orders

  • Custom-designed invitations
